Berry Arugula Prosciutto Pizza

With a balsamic glaze on top, this pizza has the sweetness of mixed berries, the spiciness of arugula, and the saltiness of prosciutto. It has all the right tastes and textures for a fancy pizza night at home.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup fresh arugula

  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

  • 4-5 slices prosciutto

  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking


On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want


Put the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone


Spread the pizza sauce out on the dough in a thin layer


Add the shreds of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce


After the oven is hot, bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned


Add the mixed berries and fresh arugula to a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper


Toss the salad while the pizza is baking


Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a minute or two to cool down


Place the arugula and berry mix on top of the hot pizza, and then place the prosciutto slices on top of that


Spread the balsamic glaze all over the pizza


Cut it up and serve it hot

Nutella Fudge

Enjoy the rich, chocolatey, and creamy Nutella fudge made with just three basic ingredients. It's the ideal dessert for anyone who enjoys chocolate!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Nutella

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides for easy removal


In a microwave-safe bowl, combine Nutella and semi-sweet chocolate chips


Heat the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until fully melted and smooth


This should take about 1-2 minutes


Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined


Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly


Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm


Once set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift the fudge out of the pan


Cut it into squares


Serve and enjoy your delicious Nutella fudge!

Miso Brownies

Miso adds a delightful umami flavor to these rich and fudgy brownies. It's a unique twist on a classic treat!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup white miso paste

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C


A square 8-inch baking pan should be greased and floured


Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over low heat


Add the miso paste and mix it in well


Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit


Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until everything is well mixed


Slowly add the melted butter and miso mixture to the egg mix while stirring all the time


Add the salt, cocoa powder, and flour and sift them in


Fold gently until everything is just mixed


You can add chopped nuts if you want to


Spread out the batter in the pan that has been prepared


If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with a few moist crumbs, it's done


Let the brownies cool in the pan for a while before cutting them into squares

In a separate larger bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy


Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined


Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined


Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart


Flatten each dough ball slightly with the back of a spoon


Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown


Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely


For the icing, mix powdered sugar and milk in a bowl to achieve the desired consistency


Once the cookies are fully cooled, drizzle or spread the icing over the cookies


Allow the icing to set before serving or storing the cookies

Healthy Chicken Soup

A nourishing and wholesome chicken soup loaded with vegetables, lean protein, and whole grain noodles. Perfect for a comforting and nutritious meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 cup whole grain noodles

  • 2 cups kale, chopped

Instructions:

Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat


Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion


Saut until the onions are soft


Put in the chicken dices and cook until they turn brown


Add water and chicken broth, and then bring it to a boil


Grass, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper should be added


Turn down the heat, cover, and let it cook for 20 minutes


Add the whole grain noodles and cook them until they are soft


Add the chopped kale and cook for five more minutes


If you need to, change the seasoning


Enjoy your healthy chicken soup while it's still hot!

Ingredients:

  • 6 medium-sized apples, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Frutas Glaseadas al Horno

Una deliciosa alternativa vegana para un postre dulce y saludable. Las frutas glaseadas al horno son una excelente manera de disfrutar de las frutas de temporada de una manera deliciosa y reconfortante.

Ingredients:

  • 4 pltanos maduros

  • 2 manzanas

  • 2 peras

  • 1/4 taza de jugo de naranja

  • 1/4 taza de jarabe de arce

  • 1 cucharadita de canela molida

  • 1/2 taza de nueces picadas

  • 1/4 taza de coco rallado

Instructions:

Precalienta el horno a 180C


Pela y corta los pltanos, las manzanas y las peras en rodajas


En un tazn pequeo, mezcla el jugo de naranja, el jarabe de arce y la canela


Coloca las frutas en una bandeja para hornear y vierte la mezcla de jarabe de arce sobre ellas


Hornea durante 20-25 minutos hasta que las frutas estn tiernas


Espolvorea las nueces picadas y el coco rallado sobre las frutas glaseadas y sirve caliente

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract


Mix in the strawberry puree and, if desired, a few drops of pink food coloring for a more vibrant color


Gradually add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry mixture


Mix until just combined


Gently fold in the finely chopped strawberries for added texture

Bacon Cheeseburger Pie

You can enjoy the tasty tastes of a bacon cheeseburger in the form of a pie. This Bacon Cheeseburger Pie is an easy and tasty meal that everyone in your family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 cup diced onions

  • 1/2 cup diced pickles

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1 pie crust

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C


In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned


Drain any excess fat


Add diced onions to the cooked beef and saut until they become translucent


Remove the beef and onion mixture from the heat and stir in the diced pickles


In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard to make the sauce


Place the pie crust in a pie dish and spread half of the sauce mixture over the crust


Spread the beef and pickle mixture over the sauce-covered crust


Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer


Pour the remaining sauce over the cheese layer


Top the pie with the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon


Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the pie is golden brown and bubbly


Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing


Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve
